Manuscripts should be no more than 8,000 words, and authors are requested to keep quotations to a minimum.

Please include a cover page with the manuscript. The cover page should include the title of the article and the following information for all authors: name, official title and affiliation, office and/or home contact information (address, phone and fax numbers, email address). Include in either the cover page or a separate file a short biographical note for each author. Make sure that authors’ names do not appear anywhere else in the manuscript.

On the top of the first page, the manuscript should include the title of the article and an abstract of no more than 150 words.
