When does the conference start?

The Beyond Housing Conference begins on Wednesday, January 15 for participants who have pre-registered for site visits in the New York City area, bringing participants directly to organizations that serve as case studies in innovative service provision.

The conference proper begins on Thursday, January 16 with breakfast from 8-9 am and an opening keynote speaker at 9 am, and continues through Friday, January 17.

How much does registration cost?

General registration is $125, which includes a full conference pass, site visits, breakfast, snacks, and lunch on both days, as well as the opening night reception. For two or more attendees from the same organization, the first person to register pays $125, and each subsequent registrant pays $100. We also offer a student rate of $35.

Please note that checks must be received within 30 days of registration.

How many breakout sessions can I attend at the conference?

Conference attendees can choose five sessions to attend, two on Thursday and three on Friday.

Which meals are covered under the cost of my registration?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided both Thursday and Friday.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your conference registration, contact beyondhousing@icphusa.org or (212) 358-8086 ext. 1204. If you need to cancel, you may do so and receive a full refund until 4:00pm EST October 30, 2019. Between October 31–December 11, 2019, all cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the full conference registration. No refunds for cancellations will be made after 4:00pm EST on December 11, 2019.

Do you offer scholarships?

Scholarships covering the $125 registration fee are available. Fill out this form to apply.

I am already registered for a site visit. What do I need to know?

Site visits take place at varying times on Wednesday, January 15. Information and directions for the day of will be sent to your email.

I registered, but I did not receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please be sure to check your junk mail. If you still don’t see it, email BeyondHousing@ICPHusa.org.

What is the deadline to submit a proposal to present?

Submissions must be received by June 1, 2019. Submit a proposal here.
